I am highly interested in textures (both actual and simulated) and designs. I believe in versatility in art and experimenting with different concepts to derive ideas and then creating my own version of the subject. My inspirations come from our Indian Culture. I represent it with designs and colourful textures in vibrant contemporary compositions. My work focuses on detailing and designs .I generally do not follow any specific technique where as I combine different techniques and mediums with acrylic, and add different tonal variations in textures . Also I like to study landscapes with as much minute details as possible ,some of my works ( nature study on tea gardens) are from my hometown Silchar, Assam. Designs and textures are a huge part of my work.
